Adventure tours in Tien-Shan mountains.

The Vnutrenniy Tien-Shan is a vast highland with high elevated bottoms of valleys and flat spaces of syrts, over which mountain ranges and massifs rise relatively low. The borders of the Inner Tien-Shan are: in the north the Terskey-Ala-Too ridge, in the south the Kokshaal-Too ridge (Kokshaaltau), in the west - the Ferghana ridge.
It is separated from the Central Tien Shan by the Sary-Djaz river valley. Within the Vnutrenniy Tien-Shan lie the ridges of Jetim-Bel, Jetim, Borkoldoy, Dzhangiger and others, in the eastern part the Ak-Shyirak (Akshiyrak) mountain range rises.
The most extensive syrts are Arabel, Kumtor and Karasai, the largest depressions are Verkhne-Naryn and Sredniy-Naryn. Western and northwestern cyclones that bring precipitation to the Tien-Shan, most of them are left on the western and northern peripheral ranges, and come to the inner regions already dried up.

The moisturizing effect of Lake Issyk-Kul is relatively small and extends only to the ridges directly adjacent to the Issyk-Kul basin. Precipitation throughout the Inner Tien-Shan is very unevenly distributed depending on the relief of the underlying surface.
In the valleys, 200-300 mm of precipitation falls annually, with a height their amount increases to 400-600 mm. The redistribution of precipitation is significantly affected by wind snow from elevated places to depressions and from windward slopes to leewards.
Glaciers are distributed mainly in the crested, most dissected parts of the mountains, in the upper valleys, transverse to the direction of the ridges. Against the general background of fragmented glaciers, glacial nodes stand out confined to the highest parts of the mountains - this is the Aksai node on the Kakshaal-Too ridge and the Ak-Shyyrak massif.
Significant glaciation of the Terskey-Ala-Too ridge. The icing of the Inner Tien-Shan distinguishes widespread glaciers of flat peaks that occupy the remnants high elevated denudation surfaces. Total in the Inner Tien-Shan 3,732 glacier, their total area of 3481.8 square kilometers.
