The Naryn-Too ridge is located in the inner Tien Shan and forms the left side of the Bolshoi Naryn river valley. From the east, the ridge is bounded by the Karakolka River - the left tributary of the Naryn. From it the ridge stretches to the west, about 90 kilometers to the longitude of the city of Naryn and the highway to the Torugart pass.
Further to the east, the ridge drops strongly and is called Mount Baibiche-Too. The Naryn-Too ridge also includes a complex unnamed branched spur located in the interfluve of the Dzhaldzhir and Ulan Zapadny rivers - the sources of the At-Bashi river.
This spur adjoins the main ridge through the simple Ulan pass. To the south of the Dzhaldzhir River, through the pass of the same name, the Naryn-Too ridge connects with the Dzhanydzher ridge. In the Naryn-Too mountains (average heights of 3800 - 4300 meters above sea level, the highest point is 4531 meters above sea level, 239 glaciers with an area of ​​69.4 square kilometers.
On the northern slope, 2/3 of the glaciated area of ​​the Naryn-Too mountains is concentrated. Small glaciers only one glacier is more than 2 square kilometers. The height of the ends of the glaciers is 3800 - 3900 meters above sea level.
